Built like a studio.
Every Forge platform is built for one firm and one firm only. Client records, documents, scheduling, billing and reporting in a single place — shaped around the way that firm already works, never adapted from a template. A firm that needs a second or a third gets the same treatment each time.
The work starts with the workflow. Before anything is built, Forge maps how a firm actually operates — what gets re-typed, what gets chased, what lives in a spreadsheet because no tool ever fit. The platform is then designed around that, and quoted at a fixed price before the build begins.
AI sits at the core of how the work is designed and delivered, which is what lets a platform ship in weeks rather than quarters. At launch the firm owns it outright — code, documentation and credentials, as set out in the agreement.
Forge specialises in four kinds of firm: accounting and CPA practices, insurance agencies, contractors and trades, and law and consulting firms. Each has a platform already built, tested and approved.
The studio should feel like a craftsman's workshop, not a software vendor's showroom.
